Marzouk is Results oriented and self-driven team leader with more than Twenty (20) years of professional accounting experience including an excess of Eightteen (18) years in a big “4” environment. his natural ability to build relationships with key personnel, Effective and efficient performance, in addition to his ability to manage multiple teams has made him one of the most efficient team leaders in the audit firm who worked with ( Deloitte & KPMG Egypt),
in addition , he has deep understanding of Deloitte & KPMG Audit Approach and IFRS & ISA , He is Actively involved in mentoring and guide new staff members to ensure their personal development is addressed.
Proficient in the use of both audit and accounting software as well as Microsoft office suites
Marzouk was an audit manager in Deloitte Egypt for more than 15 years In addition , being Audit Senior Manager at KPMG Egypt for approximately 2 years

Performing live file and deliverable reviews as the engagement quality control reviewer

Marzouk is also an accredited Deloitte Middle East Facilitator and has delivered numerous training sessions within the Firm.
Marzouk is fellow of The Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors since more than 10 years
